This Tall Bread pan holds almost 2 pounds of dough. A piece of foil and an elastic are required to keep moister from getting into the pan when using this bread making technique. I like this pan for it's long shape and large sized loaf. This pan is uses with the 7L cooker only.

Water softeners that use salt can cause corrosion and should be avoided, wash the cooking pot's with clean fresh water and dry completely. Also if using on a boat in seawater make sure you wash in clean fresh water and dry it completely.
