My name is Cindy miller.
I love to teach and have spent many years teaching health related and emergency preparedness classes.
Over the last 4 years my focus has been on Retained Heat Cooking. I noticed the lack of information available, as a result what started out as a pamplet turned into a book. "Let's Make Sense of Thermal Cooking teaches the ins and outs of retained heat cooking. Two of the biggest rewards with this type of cooking is the savings of fuel and increase in time flexibility.
