For a bread pan which comes with it's own Stainless Steel lid, this bread/cake pan is quite versital. Not only does it work great for making breads, and cake, but for meat loaf and for cooking individual servings. 1.3 liter pan and lid Stainless Steel Pan used in the Thermal Cooker. Always use a trivet when using the Bread/Cake pan to maximize the effecientcy of the cooker.
